Thigh Toner and Eyes on Obliques
It’s leg and ab day! I really liked both of these workouts despite it being my first time out with them. I only did them each once because my legs were a bit tired from yesterday and my abs are so weak, they can’t handle much (working on that).
Overall, a really good workout. I know I’m going to be a bit sore tomorrow, but I know that means I’m getting stronger, little by little.
